We’re looking for a dedicated Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and help bring our elevated Japanese-inspired dishes to life. If you have a passion for high-quality ingredients, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! What We’re Looking For: Experience in a kitchen (Japanese cuisine experience is a plus!) Strong knife skills and ability to handle fresh ingredients with precision Ability to follow recipes and plating standards for visually stunning dishes Team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, organized, and able to maintain a clean and efficient workstation Ability to handle prep work, cooking, and assisting with service as needed
